Payment
All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 28 working days which are delivered directly to the nursery or school your child attends. We do not offer a home delivery service
Prints
Please be aware that some images may be cropped dependant on sizes chosen (eg a 6×4 of a photograph would be full image shown on proof but if chosen as a 10×8-an almost square size-the image may lose some of the portrait
Mounted items
Mounts may vary in colour depending on photographic background used
Returning products
All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For all other products, customers have 14 days to return any unwanted goods. Please return the item to the school or nursery your child attends who will contact Kent Portrait Photographer directly. You must include a copy of your invoice and a small note explaining why you are returning the goods
FAULTY GOODS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us
Complaints
Complaints must be made directly to Kent Portrait Photographer within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; bridge@kentportraitphotographer.com

Kent Portrait Photographer do not retain any information regarding your credit or debit card number, expiry date or card security code

Kent Portrait Photographer will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order
Images for Promotional Material
Kent Portrait Photographer may use any images from your child’s photographic session for any marketing purposes (examples include; website, posters or social media) if you have ticked the consent box (situated just below terms and conditions)
